2022 SURVEY RESULTS
In 2022 we spent 10 weeks interviewing community members from the Noozi and Kihorezo communities. Below are a few highlights as well as a link to the entire survey.
Here are a few key things to note:
160 people were interviewed.
Trainings still took place so interviews were conducted before or after trainings (3-5 interviews per day).
We hired a contractor to work alongside our Project Manager for 10 weeks to conduct each survey.
Any community member that attended 50% or more of any training was interviewed.
The goal of the survey was to 1) get a full picture of impact on an individual level, 2) understand long-term sustainability and 3) find any gaps in our trainings.
We gathered information on quality of life, agriculture, livestock, savings/loans, healthcare and small businesses before and after Love Empowers training program.
Survey highlights:
When asked, “Would you recommend to other community members to attend LE trainings?” 100% said YES.
When asked, “Would you recommend to pastors or community leaders to partner with LE?” 100% said YES.
When asked, “Is attending LE trainings worth your time?” 100% said YES.
